Get Out, Get Fit Exercise Clinic
6–7pm, Schrom Hills Park, FREE. Visit the new outdoor fitness zone for one our free exercise clinics. Each session will feature circuit training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using your own body weight. Stations of cardio, strength, plyometrics and core training will be included.
