Crazy Quilt Music Festival
12pm–12am, Roosevelt Center, FREE. A full day of live music outdoors onstage in historic Roosevelt Center, showcasing a variety of musical genres and a sampling of quilts. The music moves into the New Deal Cafe from 8–11pm.
College Park Farmers Market
7am–12pm, 5211 Paint Branch Parkway, FREE. MD WIC, USDA Food Stamps (SNAP) accepted.
Kidney Smart Classes
10–11:30am, Doctors Hospital Main Bldg, CCCR classroom, FREE. Classes for people who have chronic kidney disease to improve and take control of their health. The class topics will include kidney disease education, medications, diet, nutrition and treatment options.
Public Works Open House
10am–2pm, 555 Crescent Road, FREE. See all that Public Works does for Greenbelt! Green ACES/Green Team will have information on energy efficiency, recycling and sustainability. Fostering Kittens Workshop
