Kidney Smart Classes
10–11:30am, Doctors Hospital Main Bldg, CCCR classroom, FREE. Classes for people who have chronic kidney disease to improve and take control of their health. The class topics will include kidney disease education, medications, diet, nutrition and treatment options.

Star Party: Venus, Jupiter & Orion Nebula
8:30–10:30pm, Greenbelt Observatory at Northway field, FREE. Visitors are also welcome to set up their own telescopes on the hill. Attendees are asked to park in the ballfield lot, not up on the hill, unless bringing a telescope. Cancelled if hopelessly cloudy.
Megan Jean & the KFB
8:30–11:30pm, New Deal Café, FREE. A demented blend of americana, dance, and the avant-garde that they've taken to describing as, "a metal band, if it was 1927." Inventive percussion, electrified banjo, and a voice like the Devil Herself have earned Megan Jean and the KFB a dedicated following all over the East Coast.
