Wine and Food Tasting
4–7pm, Greenbelt Co-Op, FREE. The Greenbelt Co-op Supermarket & Pharmacy will be offering a free wine & food tasting to celebrate Patron Appreciation Day. The food tasting will be a seasonal selection available to purchase or made from ingredients available in the store. Anyone who decides to purchase a tasting wine will receive $1 off the price of each bottle, and all store purchases receive a 5% discount the entire day.

2:30–3:30pm, Green Ridge House, FREE. Hosted by Greenbelt Assistance in Living (GAIL) program Do not park in the parking lot. Volunteers will be on site to help load cars. Bring rolling carts or luggage with wheels to take items from the distribution.

4:30pm, Roosevelt Center, FREE. Come dressed in your finest Halloween costume! Prizes will be rewarded to contestants with the most innovative costume in their age group. There will also be a category for the best in family and best pet. Refreshments and a performance by comedy juggler and circus performer, Michael Rosman will follow the parade.In the event of inclement weather, call the weather hotline at 301-474-0646 for an updated event status.
