The paper, published by the Greenbelt Cooperative Publishing Association, Inc., was established in 1937 shortly after the construction of Greenbelt, one of The New Deal Green Towns. It has been published weekly without interruption since that time and is delivered free to most Greenbelt residents.

Billing application available here. For more information on payment options, click here.
For more information contact us by email: ads@greenbeltnewsreview.com or by phone: 301-474-4131. Note: the office is only staffed Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. Email is preferable.
Legal Notices: Legal notices are charged by the word and the size of the font. The standard charge is based on our standard 9 point Times New Roman text for such ads. Smaller or larger font sizes are available but TNR is standard and ads may be multiple columns.
Please contact the ad department for a quote.
Certification and Notarization: Some advertisers require a certification of their ads for legal purposes. The charge is $15 for certification. If the certification must be notarized, there is an additional $15 fee. This charge is for the entire run of a particular ad – so, for example, if an ad is set to run for three weeks, only ONE certification and notarization charge will be assessed.
Preferred Placement Charge: 25% extra, $10.00 minimum upcharge. Preferred placement is a guaranteed location in the newspaper specified by the advertiser, with first-come, first-served. Such placements include the last page (where priority is given to the requesting advertiser with the largest ad). The type of ad permitted on some pages is limited and the front page never contains advertising. For more information, email the ad desk at ads@greenbeltnewsreview.com.
The News Review can insert pre-printed materials (e.g., flyers, brochures) within the newspaper at the time of printing for distribution throughout the city. Email the Ad Desk for further information at ads@greenbeltnewsreview.com.
