Early Voting Begins Oct. 22
Early voting for the general election begins October 22 and goes until October 29. Here is some other information to note.Early Voting Centers
Polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of early voting week. There are 13 in the county. The two closest to Greenbelt are the Trinity Assembly of God church at 7800 Good Luck Road, Lanham (2.9 miles), and the College Park Community Center at 5051 Pierce Avenue (5.9 miles). Online voter registration ended October 13, but residents can still register in-person at the polling places listed above or on Election Day. To register, you must bring a picture ID and proof of residence. This may be one document, such as an MVA-issued license or permit; or two including a change of address card, bank statement, etc. Visit elections.maryland.gov for more information on this process.School Board Race
